1. Provide the lowest fare

Our goal is to find enough volunteers so that passengers will not be involuntarily denied boarding.
If there are not enough volunteers, other passengers who check-in after all seats have been allocated may be involuntarily denied boarding. If you are involuntarily denied boarding, we will provide you with a written statement explaining your rights and explaining how we determine the boarding priority of the overbooked flight. If the available seats are less than the number of people who have checked in, usually the last customer who checked in will be removed.
