*Disclaimer: As with any health tip, ask your doctor first. Always do further research on what you consume.*

Sound blissful? Okay, ladies, let's start.

1. Cherries

First of all, organic cherries are great for keeping you from feeling tired all the time. A cherry is beneficial to all kinds of deficiency. It can tone energy deficiency in particular and moisten the skin(Lu, 2001).

So, eating cherries boosts your energy and gives you great looking skin. Make sure you soak your cherries for a long while in water. So the worms inside will leave before eating them.

2. Chicken

Also, organic non-GMO, non-antibiotic, grass-fed chicken is great power up food for you. Especially, if you are sick and tired of being exhausted daily. It is believed that chicken is the most powerful energy tonic food (Lu, 2001).

Now, not all chickens are equally potent as an energy tonic food. A particular type called "black chicken" is considered the best energy tonic food. Black chickens are relatively smaller than other chickens. And most of them have black hair all over their bodies, but some have white hair (Lu, 2001).

3. Ginseng

Additionally, Ginseng is a perfect herb for fighting fatigue. Ginseng can stimulate the central nervous system, speed up nerve impulses, and maintain balance in the cerebral cortex. It can also increase the level of the body's immune functions. This herb can help you not feel "sick" and "tired".

Take one to two grams of pure ginseng powder three times daily to correct chronic deficiency diseases. Or take two milliliters of ginseng extract containing about one gram of pure ginseng juice three times daily (Lu, 2001).

4. Honey

Moreover, honey is an ancient energy tonic food. Honey is effective in the treatment of heart disease (such as prolapse, palpitation, and various types of heart failure), primarily because as an energy tonic food, it and nourishes the heart muscles and improve their metabolism (Lu, 2001).

Lack of sleep and low energy could lead to heart problems. Of which could be prevented with doses of honey.

Mix honey in water for better absorption. The following is a standard administration of honey for two months; 30 to 60 grams of honey in the morning, 60 to 80 grams in the afternoon, 30-60 grams in the evening, one hour before meals or two hours after meals. Children should be given a teaspoonful of honey every day (about 30 grams of honey) (Lu, 2001).

5. Balsam Pear Seeds (Bitter Gourd Seeds)

Furthermore, pear seeds are great for skyrocketing your energy levels. Fry bitter gourd seeds and crush them into a power. Take 10 grams of powder each time with a little brandy three times daily for 10 days as a treatment(Lu, 2001).

Don't drink more than half a glass of brandy in one day. The brandy is to reinforce the effects of the bitter gourd seeds, not to induce intoxication (Lu, 2001). And if you are under 21 you need your parents permission before you try this hack.
