1. Body Detox - Drink Organic Matcha Tea

First, Matcha Tea helps to detox your body of chemicals and heavy metals. The chlorophyll found in Matcha is powerful for detoxifying your body.

These exercise sessions can be 30-minute sessions of either weight training or cardio. Do this plan over 4 days each week in mini-sessions.

When you exercise, your body will sweat. This sweat is not only your body’s way of cooling you down, it is also the body’s way of cleansing itself of toxins.
