Last year, I received a satchel full of money on the front steps at my home. When that money arrived, I actually was out of town but my son called me and said “There was a lot of money left at the front door with a note.” When, I returned home I was touched by the note, which read, "Thank you for all you do for the world." I immediately placed all of this money into my sacred fun, which is used for those in need or service projects. I continue to replenish this fund with gifts from my sacred work-- when it brings gifts of monetary value the money immediately goes into a fund.
I sat down on the eve of 11.11 to write you this letter. This number is of significance for me because it means NOW...pay attention to the synchronicity. Something is being revealed to you. For others this is a day to remember all the people who have served the US armed forces. As these two dates converge with many imposed conflicts still existing around the world. I stand in gratitude next to this wise old tree in the great North West of British Columbia with confusion still running through my mind. I am continuously reminded of the peace and love has the potential to be embodiedrnr
Hello Love, The spring days are in full bloom and my heart is filled with gratitude and certainty as we transition into a period which shall provide us with a deep understanding for what is next for on a personal, professional and emotional level. Our eagle eyes and our warm heart shall lead us every step of the way. As our feet dig into the earth and ground us before we make our next move. Taking time to play in the garden shall inspire laughter and creativity while we let our troubles melt away. SELF: Reconnecting with you. . . What have you been waiting for?
I woke up this morning and was reminded again of why I am here. It is because I am head over heals IN LOVE with humanity and the entire ecosystem that supports life on this planet.
Hi. I am writing and reaching out to all my tribe…the people that have touched my soul on so many levels. While, I am not sure I have everyone’s email I hope that it will reach all of you in some shape or form. Since, I was a child I have been seeing this point and time. A time when the world would be going through a period that could appear to be the most devastating time of our lives. As we are asked to let go of old ideals and paradigms. It has become clear to me that we are being given a choice.
‘She’ woke up suddenly and felt the call from the Hopi to come to Hopi Land in her solar plexus. Then, ‘She’ received a call from ‘He’. Her throat was still a little scratchy, ‘she’ answered, “Hello”. He replied, “Your going to Hopi.” Softly and with a smile ‘she’ said, “Yes”. ‘He’ informed her that his friend Kym would arrange for her to meet with Grandfather Martin.

“She” arrived at a small boutique in the lower Gibson’s, located on the Sunshine Coast in British Columbia. It was a cool and crisp evening and the sun was beginning to set. The store, Costal Creativity, welcomed “She” and “He” in and presented itself as a playful stage for the creations of local artists. As “She” entered, a large tree like structure filled with these expressive hats captured her attention. The variety of textures and colors created a canopy of fanciful head adornments. “She” intently studied each hat, wondering which one would come home with her someday.r
'She' met Quinn, Cathy and Paul through a friend and has been blessed by this family’s grace, openness, love and stamina. The Doctors have determined that Quinn has a disEase; however, every time ‘She’ is around Quinn...‘She’ sees otherwise. It appears this journey is beyond her diagnosis and it feels as if this will be her vehicle to teach many. Quinn caught ‘She’s’ attention when she gifted Paul and Quinn two magical Star Children (a.k.a. Native American flutes). As ‘She’ played the flute and looked into Quinn’s eyes, ‘She’ felt Quinn’s entire physical and energetic

The perceived “storm” for some might be visible outside of oneself when one reads the paper, searches the world wide web, looks at the “news” or has a conversation with family and friends. While, some of ‘US’ might become fixated on the outer self reflection; others are looking for stable ground while traversing their rapidly changing reality. These two dualities are very similar, they are merely a reflection of our inner and outer worlds. We might begin to scratch our head and say, ‘What is going on here? When will things settle down?’ rnr

BeSimply…Half Past Human with Clif High It was a warm summer day in Roberts Creek. “She” had arranged to have a meeting with a mysterious being named “Phong”. 'She' met Greg one winter evening in Westwood, California. During, a gathering of individuals discussing the possibility of manifesting and creating change for the betterment of humanity. Some might think their visions were all too lofty and beyond possibility...the room carried the vibration of transformation. After ‘her’ first conversation with two soul brothers...‘She’ looked at Greg, and thought, “I remember you.” He looked at her, smiled and then said, “You get it.” There were really no need for words just a mutual understanding for each other.

‘She’ was flying back from a journey from the great Northwest...after taking a right of passage with ‘Self’. A Journey that has lead her to an understanding that this illusion has been co-created by all of ‘US’. The veils are about to be dropped in such a manner that will cause many to gasp and some will spontaneously return to dust. While, others will continue to hold steady ground for the collective whole. ‘She’ encourages everyone to dive deep into self and understand the depths of who ‘We’ are. ‘She’ transcribes this transmission on her tablet...
Self Love...Finding Your Inner Sanctuary Today, I embark on a journey inward and drive across the desert to find some solitude. Taking the time to commune with Self. Solitude ...one of the many vehicles, I like to drive in to find my center and reconnect with my landscape. Often times, we forget that our life will afford us the time to just “be” or take time to just “be” with self.

Body is nothing more than emptiness, emptiness is nothing more than body. The body is exactly empty, and emptiness is exactly body. The other four aspects of human existence --feeling, thought, will, and consciousness --are likewise nothing more than emptiness, and emptiness nothing more than they. All things are empty: Nothing is born, nothing dies, nothing is pure, nothing is stained, nothing increases and nothing decreases. So, in emptiness, there is no body,no feeling, no thought,no will, no consciousness. There are no eyes, no ears,no nose, no tongue,no body, no mind.r

It has been my observation that most of our society participates or has participated in different levels of abuse. No matter what role we have held, collectively we might benefit from pondering how we can stop the cycle of abuse. Some might think this is a strong word; however, I feel it is really important that we start calling it like it is. In addition, to providing a safe environment for all of us to take full responsibility for our choices and take immediate action with ‘self’ by deciding to stop participating in this predator-victim cycle.

Gifting of the Flute... ‘She’ had taken her kids and 27 star children flutes to the Grand Canyon to have a little ceremony for her brother who just transitioned. This was one of the locations he had thought of to have his ashes laid to rest. He had never made it to this location in Arizona; however, ‘She’ found it very curious that in his final days he was starting to have dreams of the point of emergence which is located in the Grand Canyon.
During the beginning of my pregnancy, Jimmy started to lose his eyesight. He lost weight and moved in and out of the hospital. I tried to breathe words of hope into his heart. Simultaneously, I was pulling away from him. I was afraid of not being able to survive without him. I meditated and prayed for him over and over again but I started to understand that Jimmy’s destiny was very different from all of ours. He was here to touch many lives in a short period of time and there was a great beauty and simplicity in the impact he had on others.
Does it? After traveling to a small farming community, I witnessed the value and power of the barter system. The exchange of physical goods and services are keeping a small town moving forward. Which made me think of all the clothes, extra computers, and unopened boxes that are collecting dust in my attic. These are wasted resources and we all have them. I encourage you to start to think about what you have to exchange personally and professionally.
A few years back, I shared a story about my travels through Italy which included the memories of the many gifts I received after I lost my yoga mats, a hand made yoga bag from India and a sacred flute. (Celebrate the Abundant Universe) Recently, while meditating I made another wish for a flute exactly like the one I lost. I have been searching for a new flute since I left Rome two years ago. My children even bought me a replacement to pacify my deep yearning for my lost flute.
The proliferation of the intonation Wrens sounding off The dew collecting on their chests The darkness swallowing the reverberations Dispelling the noise to the mountain tops Where the hawks circle The gate keepers to heaven’s doors A bolt of lightning pierced her heart Stamping her with an impression Crushing her into a million parts She screamed for redemption While the rumble from the thunder Shuddered her limbs spilling chills Into the valley of blunders with euphoric, orgasmic shrills.
Many of ''US" have been traversing through expansion, contraction, purging, refining and feel at times that we are jumping from cliffs or being pushed off them...This has been a period where we are being asked to realign with "self". Many of ''US'' are traversing through old stories, beliefs and perceptions. We are in a period where we are being afforded the opportunity to "LET GO" and dive into the VOID.
