We live in a culture in the West that approves productivity over peace. Cultivate your voice of intuition: it will always lead you in the right direction. You need to be able to actually hear it, so practice silence every day — even if it’s only for 10 minutes at a time.

The problem I have with abundance affirmations is that if they aren’t believable to you and you say them, you’re not doing any good, know what I mean? So here’s the trick, its called scripting for inner and outer intentions. Works like a charm! Instead of reading abundance affirmations that are way off of the map of your current reality, try something a bit more real, more digestible, more tangible and work your way up to a new reality. After all no one goes from broke to millionaire in just a moment.
I can remember what it felt like as if it were yesterday to be hiding out in my massage therapy and acupressure business in that uncomfortable comfortable place. I wasn’t attracting enough clients, and was terrified of promoting myself and putting my expertise out there for the world to see. So I continued to delude myself with the thinking that since I was doing “spiritual work” it was ok to be broke because at least my work was making a difference.

It hit me while I was having an inspiring conversation this week with a woman wanting to get a job selling mops like I do. After seeing my numbers and opening the door to possibility that she could also make 900$ a day selling mops, noticing her eyes glisten and sparkle as she soaked up every morsel of information I gave her as if it were the most important thing in the world, I felt inspiring. Then I realized that my 900$ a day earnings (although above average to many) could also be seen as a fart in a windstorm compared to someone who say makes 9000$ a day, or even 900$ an hour.
How many of you feel that little voice inside keeps you from taking risks? Do you ever feel like it’s possible for other people but somehow, when you imagine yourself really going for it – you hit up against a tight knot in the pit of your stomach that knocks the wind right out from under you?
