At 80 years of age a, Barbara Stepp is noted for her enormous energy, playfulness, and outgageousnes. John LaValle says "Barbara is vivacious, determined, funny and energetic. She's sort of like the little pink bunny with the drum, she keeps on going and boy are we glad! She is a trainer who will make you laugh and feel good about yourself, and will latch on to a problem and not stop until you solve it."

Her peers call her the Fairy Godmother of NLP, NLP Granny, Feisty Lady and Tough Old Broad. She has a knack for healing herself and helping others heal themselves.

Barbara is a licensed Society of NLP Master Trainer of NLP™ and DHE®, a Clinical Hynotherapist, Brain Trainer and Premier coach. She especially enjoys private work with clients. Her coaching practice spans over 40 years. She has a 40 years experience as a corporate trainer as well as teaching Hypnois and using it with cleints.

Personally, Barbara has, in the past, experienced a plethora of major health challenges....cancer for one. She considers one of her greatest experiences in life an age regression with Dr. Richard Bandler that resulted in a spontaneous remission. In 2013, Barbara was hit with flying object, which resulted in a brain and spinal injury. An as usual, she was unstoppable. Obviously, she can can show you how to be healthier and more energetic.

She has an attitude of determination and unstopability. Her peers refer to her as Feisty Lady, because she is. She is a Master Scuba diver and Licensed Pilot just for fun.

She does a great deal of work with clients with age regression and creating enormous energy and health. She has created products to aid in this specific area.

Barbara has had the privilege of co-training with Dr. Richard Bandler and John LaValle and as a support trainer at many of their events for 25 years.

She was the life and professional partner of Dave Dobson, PhD. and is now the heir/caretaker of his life's work and intellectual property, Other-Than-Conscious-Communciation™ and No Fault Psychology™.

And plans to be here for a long time. She is actively teaching and coaching as she has for orver 45 years.
