Being a fitness and nutrition enthusiast all his life, it was only a matter of time before Ben decided to take the step to work professionally in the fitness and leisure industry. He has self-studied for a number of years now, reading large quantities of academic material to further his knowledge and keep up to date with the new advancements in the fitness world.
Ben achieved his Personal Training and Nutrition & Weight Management qualifications in 2011 and has been teaching others and progressing himself physically ever since. He strives for excellence in himself and looks to help his clients achieve their fitness goals in the most effective way possible.
Ben is also the designer and creator of Weightlifting Bible, a website designed to provide quality material based on fitness and nutrition. Only Ben and other qualified personal trainers are allowed to submit articles so that high standards and trusted content is maintained. Ben is looking to build a greater social background over the coming months and eventually build a business from the brand.
