Robert Collins is a Registered Landscape Architect (RLA) in Illinois, and a member of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA). He graduated from the University of Illinois in Urbana – Champaign in 1990 with a Bachelor in Landscape Architecture.

Since 1995, after five years working in residential landscape design, Robert entered the park and recreation industry as the Project Manager for a large park district agency west of Chicago. Since then he has been involved in every aspect of the playground industry. Over this time, he has designed and overseen the development of thousands of playgrounds. Now, this book brings his knowledge directly to your playground project.
