Charles C. Mullings, PhD is a graduate of Mico Teachers' College in Jamaica WI. After teaching at Mannings High School and Frome Junior Secondary he migrated to the untied states and matriculated at Coppin State University in Baltimore, Maryland. He graduated with a batchelor's degree in Chemistry;Graduate courses at Towson State U, Johns Hopkins U and International Bible Institute and Seminary led to his ThM in Bible Philosophy and a PhD in Philosophy
Dr. Mullings was baptised in Jesus Name and received the Holy Spirit evidenced by xenoglossy. In Baltimore he came under the tutelage of Dr. Monroe R. Saunders, Sr. a mystic and an expert in Pentecostal-Apostolic theology and Sacred Theology. United Institute of Theology and arm of First United Church of Jesus Christ (Apostolic) a creation of Dr. Saunders was one of the institutions that helped in the preparation of Dr. Mullings for ministry. While attending Coppin State University, Dr. Mullings also attended United Institute of Theology. The "Deeper Life" seminars and retreats conducted by Dr. Saunders were molders of Dr. Mullings. He emerged from those experiences as a spiritual giant in prayers and meditations.
Dr. Mullings served as Student Body President at Coppin State; President, United Colleges and Universities of Maryland and International Youth President of United Churches of JesusChrist (Apostolic). He is currently a member of the Board of Bishops of United COJC (Apostolic) and Overseer of Men's Ministry for that body of believers.
Dr. Mullings taught over 30 years in public education; a lecturer in Special Programs (Science) at Florida International University and a researcher in the Chemistry Department at University of Miami, through a grant from the National Institute of Health. Dr. Mullings is a known International speaker at conferences and other church functions.
He has received accolates from upper-tier universities (Harvard, MIT, Yale) for his commitment to preparing students to enter into higher learning. His overwhelming passion, however is to be ushered into the presence of God and to be transformed into the likeness of God.
