The best way to find about me, as with many, is to do an internet search. there you will find I have been involved in teaching and writing about yoga for nearly 25 years, as well as had a low key acting career (translates into I tried but didn't get too far!). Our website www.sewallhouse.com also tells you about who we are, what we do, where we are as we split our teachings between Maine and New York City with some travel and workshops.
