One of only 11 Yoa Alliance registered schools in the State of Texas at both the 200 hour level of training and 500 hour level. (see www.yogaalliance.org)  Certified Holistic Health Counselor and Nutritionist with 30 years of background and certification in Iridology having been trained by Dr. Bernard Jensen, Certifications in creative visualization, reflexology, kinesiology, herbal and supplemental therapies, craniosacral, massage therapy and 4th level Master of Universal Energy Healing together with Pranic Healing. Studio owner and business owner for over 30 years. Workshop leader and public speaker having authored hundreds of articles in newspapers and magazines from Florida to Missouri to Texas on Natural Healing, Holistic Complimentary Health, Yoga Principles and Benefits, Healthy Living, Vegetarian Cooking and more.
