Jennifer has been in the gourmet/natural food industry for the last 20 years. She was one of the original co-founders of Kavarna Coffeehouse in Green Bay, WI and help start the Riverwest Coop in Milwaukee, WI. In September 2009 she became a certified a tea specialist by the Specialty Tea Institute and plans to continue to become a master tea specialist. Former secretary and committee member for Eagle Heights Community Gardens for 7 years (January 2011 resigned).
