Sir Joshua Burton-Chadwick (Bt.) was born in 1954, and lives most of the year in the Asia Pacific Market (NZ and Australia). He brings with him in excess of 35yrs in the Direct Selling and Network Marketing arenas. He still personally mentors hundreds of leaders in this industry.

 

Alongside his active responsibilities in this area, his current heart-felt passion involves assisting like-minded individuals in successfully removing self-imposed beliefs/blocks that maybe limiting their personal growth, and contribution.

 

His personal beliefs include:

1. The speed at which you move forward is directly linked to the speed at which you can successfully let go of old non-serving beliefs.
2. What other people think of you, is non of your business.
3. For long-term success, one must acquire as much a thirst for Self Development as they do for Business Development.
4. A leader must transform their relationship with, and, befriend FEAR.
5. A leader must have a matured relationship with FAILURE
6. A leader's goal is not to create a crowd of followers, but rather a group of committed leaders that become a movement.
