LaTania has spent her entire life inspiring others to follow and fulfill their dreams.  As the president of Design Your Destiny Communications, she has touched the lives of many across the country and over seas with a passion for releasing the unlimited potential that lies within each individual, company, organization and/or ministry.  As a professional trainer, program developer, and marketing specialist. LaTania puts her creative presentation skills to work for
groups in the fields of personal development, leadership development, marketing, branding, communications skills and non-profit fund raising.  

LaTania is the Executive Producer of the Wealthy Woman Conferences and Founder of the Wealthy Woman’s Network, a Christian businesswomen’s network dedicated to providing quality professional, personal and spiritual education, and resources to women of purpose as they make a positive impact in their communities and around the world.  She is the producer and host of the Wealthy Woman Life Strategies Audi program and has coached women across
the country on how to remove obstacles that often prevent them from pursing their passion and living successful lives.  

Most recently Ms. Smith is the co-creator of the Super Natural Production “Friends of God” Gospel Hip Hop Concert Series, where she works to touch the lives young people with hip hop concerts.  LaTania is the recipient of a number of awards for both business and ministry: including the LIFE TIME ACHIEVEMENT Award from Crenshaw Christian Center, The Goodwill Industries Business Now Training Award as well as recognition and honors from the City of Los
Angeles, the California State Assembly and the California State Senate.

A popular conference speaker and professional trainer LaTania is committed to offering coaching, consulting services and training programs that  provides practical instruction on taking the small steps needed to daily bring one closer to achieving their goals.
