Lindsay Colitses is the founder and president of Windridge Consulting (www.windridgeconsulting.com) a company that specializes in the best practice use of behavioral and multitasking / attention-to-detail assessments.
Since 2001 Colitses has worked closely with HR managers, recruiters and business owners in both large publicly held organizations and in small companies to identify “best fit” candidates for successful position placement within their organizations. She also assists managers in the behavioral assessment and professional development of their current workforce.
Colitses also coaches individuals in thier professional development, and is pleased to be able to offer individuals the "stand alone" use of the Winslow Behavioral Assessment for those who want to work on their professional development without employing a coach.
Colitses is licensed by the Winslow Research Institute, is a trained associate in the MAT test through Dr. Wendell Williams of Scientific Selection and has a coaching certification through The Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara. Colitses is also a current member of SHRM, LWHRA, Seattle SHRM , Seattle Management Association and Electronic Recruiting Exchange (ERE).
