My interest in self improvement began at the age of 18 when I read Susan Jeffers' brilliant book "Feel The Fear And Do It Anyway" At that point I was working in a call centre and not really sure exactly what I wanted to do with my life.
Over the next few years I devoured every self help book I could find and became a bit of a self help guru to my friends and colleagues, during this time I had also advanced up the career ladder and eventually found myself managing a sales centre with over 40 staff but I did not feel at all fulfilled and in fact dreaded going to work every day. My heart was just not in what I was doing.
At about this time I saw a TV show about a life coach and something just clicked , I knew that this was what I wanted to do. In December 2004 I obtained my Associated Stress Consultants Diploma in life coaching. Over the next year I built up my experience by coaching in my spare time whilst still working 50 hours per week in my full time job before eventually becoming full time self employed as a life coach.
As a life coach my main goal is to help you get what you want from life. Togeather we will find practical solutions to your problems and set and work towards goals. There are many, many things that a life coach can help you with, here are just a few:
