Mary Tootikian is a 30 year veteran of the mortgage industry and has personally underwritten and processed thousands of loans. Pioneering the first independent loan processing company in SD Ca, she grew the company into a multi-state presence in the early 90's. Mary entered the world of mortgage banking in 1980 when the lending industry was respected and underwriters were still valued. She refused to participate in the subprime lending of the past decade and predicted the current economic crisis based on knowledge that loaning 100% financing to unqualified borrowers could only result in disaster. Mary now serves as the voice of reason to restore credible underwriting standards to a very broken industry.
