Rashmir is an Adjunct Faculty member of the University of Washington and Bainbridge Graduate Institute. She also teaches and mentors at Middlebury College, the Indian Institute of Sustainable Enterprise, and Fledge, a conscious company incubator.
Rashmir is the founder of LPDCoach.com and Nsansa. She has worked with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the World Bank, and several nonprofits, entrepreneurs and companies looking to unleash potential and increase their positive social impact.
Rashmir holds an MBA from Yale School of Management, a Postgraduate Diploma in Development Studies from University of London, a BSc in Mathematics & Computer Science from University of Durham, and is Chartered Accountant (ICAEW). She has taken several courses on coaching and personal development, with an emphasis on human potential and human development.
