I am a Shamanic Belly Dance Mystic. I create and hold sacred space for people to share and express themselves uninhibitedly & authentically. I believe we are all gods and goddesses with the potential to create and co-create beauty in our lives with our movements, our thoughts, our actions, and our words…
I have an innate connection to the Goddess energy and our favorite way to connect is by creating ceremony & dancing. During the summer of 2010, I stumbled into my peak Spiritual Awakening/Kundalini experience by surrendering and connecting with my body thru breath work, stillness, ritual, chanting, and movement.
For the past three plus years, I have been teaching Laughter Yoga Dance Party, Fun Sexy Goddess Movement classes for women, and I also collaborate with Shamans/Medicine women such as Irma StarSpirit, for a monthly Tribal Shamanic Trance Dance Family Celebration.
I also host a show on Blog Talk Radio called, Cafecito Break.
