How DO I Say IT?
An interactive, practical and fun look at communication and how to effectively say and ask for anything with results! In this talk Tiffany discusses activating different parts of the body including your gut, heart, voice, and intuition in a method she calls Dynamic Communication. The audience will be able to take an issue in their professional or personal life and develop a powerful conversation allowing them to communicate their needs, requests, and must-haves to transform this area. The audience will walk away with a clearer communication around this issue and method to apply in any situation moving forward.
Who are You?
A practical look at life, patterns, and the ‘Unique Factor’ in shedding the persona and stepping into your true Essence. In this Talk Tiffany integrates audiovisuals to help the audience drop from their head into their body. From this place they take a look at the patterns, beliefs, and perceptions they have in their life from a more expressive space. Identities such as “I am a highly educated…”, or “I am a mother of three” or, “I’ve never been good at…” are looked at closely in terms of the perceptions and ideas that we assume along with the identity. The audience then gets to choose the ideas that do or do not serve them. Attendees often find strengths and talents they hadn’t yet uncovered and let go of limiting beliefs and perceptions. This talk is inspirational, transformative, with practical take-aways.

An exploration on living, being, and leveraging the current moment; including practical steps to make better choices and decisions in the moment. In this talk Tiffany provides insight and practical tools to accessing the present moment in the midst of chaos. She discusses critical signals that you may not be completely grounded in the moment and the impact this has. This leads into a conversation of what life, meetings, relationships, could be like if we could make the choice to stay grounded in the moment. Tools and exercises are provided to help increase focus, re-ground in moments of intense stress and chaos, and leverage the benefits that come with this focus and grounding.
