This is the beauty of the mind. This is the beautiful mind. As I began to realize that I had control over my life I came to know that I could create an amazing life.
I could pick and choose the things that I wanted to experience. I could choose the life I wanted to live. But with this amazing gift comes hurdles and challenges. I wrote about tools and techniques that you can use to remove these hurdles in our book, Your Invincible Power: How to Remove the Mental Hurdles and Limitations. - -
The biggest hurdle I have found with learning and using the Law of Attraction is that as you start to grow your abilities to manifest, the challenges and hurdles also grow. It is a test from the Universe to see if you are really committed to this powerful process. The more you believe in your abilities the less these challenges can affect your belief.
It is hard to feel stress when you are in control of your thoughts. So the key to the beautiful mind is to focus on the things you want to see. This is how you gain control and gain an advantage over the challenges. You have to stay focused on the result that you are seeking.
It is easy to say but when the stress of life and the weight of the challenges are upon you, it is harder to stay focused on the end result. Throughout our books we talk about how to accomplish this as this is one of the main reasons why people say that the Law of Attraction didn’t work for them. The main reason why they are right. The beautiful mind can only work for you if you use it with intent and consistency.
In our book, Your Invincible Power: How to Remove the Mental Hurdles and Limitations,- - I write:
"I am a skeptic at heart. I never follow anything just because someone else is telling me that I should. I am the type of person that needs to see proof before I can have faith. This is not ideal when you are building your belief in things that you cannot touch or see. I am building a belief in a way of thinking. I am teaching something that one has to practice to create. So I had to start by using tools to build my belief in what I was learning before I could teach it.
How I began is the best way for you to begin also. I started by looking at all the things that I have achieved when I really had those things on my mind in a consistent way. As I looked back on my journey, before I discovered this gift, I could see a pattern of success and failure. What became evident to me was the successes were all achieved because I believed I could do it.
This pleases my skepticism. This was the physical proof I needed to help me believe in what the Law of Attraction was teaching. The Law of Attraction is working all the time and has worked throughout your life whether you were aware or not. Once I could see that this statement was true I was able to start testing it.
I began with small things and goals. It is important to start with small things so you can see right away that it works. It is hard to convince your brain to see things differently if you have to wait months to see results. This is why people never stick to an exercise routine. So the more you can create proof that this new way of thinking is working the more you will use it.
Each time I achieved a small goal it would allow bigger goals to pop into my head. This is how the Law of Attraction works. I attract more good experiences and goals to achieve.
It is an awesome way to rid yourself of any skepticism that exists. So I was able to start intentionally focusing on goals and experiences I wanted to have".
This is how the beautiful mind works. It works with intent and focus. To build the belief that you can achieve your goals by first focusing on the end result, then allowing the process to work for you. It is about seeing it in your mind in all it’s awesomeness.
It is about keeping that image on your mind daily, no matter what the current situation or challenge is. When you have this power at your fingertips you will be able to face adversity, hurdles and challenges with self confidence knowing that you can use your beautiful mind to bring about the results that will bring you Joy and Happiness.
