I’m not broken; I don’t have any issues, I don’t need to be healed. I had a wonderful childhood and my teenage and college years were filled with great friends and wonderful experiences. I don’t have any middle child issues or relationship issues. My parents were always there for me and provided constant love and support.
Are you the person who is in need of healing or are you the healer? Just as it is hard for you to imagine what other people have gone through, it is hard for people to comprehend your normalcy. The two worlds are so far apart.
Distractions are all around us. A distraction to me is something that takes up your time and is non-productive. Use your time and energy to the fullest. Because you are healed I believe that you have to be known so that others realize that normalcy does exist. When you are in a dark place it is so hard to see the light. You are in the light and sometimes do not see the dark place.
You are energy, a light shines within you and you carry it everywhere you go. With each person you meet and by each experience, you are either being healed or you are healing someone else. This is yin and yang interacting. You have to have the yin and yang for life to be in balance. We are constantly learning from each other.
Your energy has such a profound effect on someone else. With you not having to be healed, you don’t fight with depression so you are naturally in a good mood most of the time. You have had the door of opportunity open for you, whereas others had to beat on the door, repeatedly. With your positive energy and unscathed attitude toward life it leaves all of the room for success and creativity. The entire world is yours! Think about it, you have nothing to overcome! Every person that you meet, every experience that you have is your energy reaching out to another. Maybe the other person is in need of healing; maybe the other person does not need to be healed. Experiences are shared by all. The universe is one huge watering hole where everyone comes to meet.
So, let your light shine brightly. May your smile and your enthusiasm span the globe? No matter what land you are from or what language you speak; your energy, that light that shines bright within you is made for others to see and to feel.
