The first rite of Umrah is to wear Ihram. The Meeqaat is the place from where the traveler changes their clothes and wears the garments of Ihram. This clothing is only for men. No other clothing is allowed to be wear in addition to these no underwear, no pants, no shirt, no turban, no hat, etc. are to be worn.
