Have you heard of Ho oponopono ? Would you like to find inner peace with yourself and everyone else ?
Well there is a way, using Ho oponopono.
Ho oponopono is a Hawaiian form of problem solving used for wealth, health , peace and happiness and more. Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona, the creator and first teacher of Self- Identity Ho oponopono, had on her desk a placard that read" Peace begins with me." Dr Ihaleakala Hew Len , PhD. a student for some 12 years, worked and traveled with her until her fateful day in Germany , in February 1992 Even as she lay in death on her bed,surrounded by chaos, she excluded a stillness beyond all understanding.
With the help of his dear friend, Dr Joe Vitale , this message can now reach the world. Joe Vitale wrote an article about "The world's most unusual therapist, a psychologist who helped heal an entire ward of mentally ill criminals- without ever seeing any of them professionally , as a normal therapist does today. Joe found this therapist and learned the technique and writes of them in his book: At Zero , Joe Vitale Author of the Attractor Factor and Ihaleakala , PhD wrote Zero Limits as he wanted others who wanted to be free of their past know of this amazing technique.
Ho oponopono means, "to make right", or to 'rectify an error. According to the Hawaiians, errors arises from thoughts that are tainted by painful memories from the past. And ho oponopono offers a way to release the energy of these painful thoughts, or errors without seeing them. Ho oponopono sees each problem as an opportunity. Problems are only replayed memories of the past showing up to give us one more chance to see with the eyes of love and to act from inspiration. Its about taking 100% responsibility for your life. Anything that appears in your life is only projections of your programs.
There was a mysterious psychologist who healed people without seeing them.
There is a modern updated form of Ho oponopono called Self-Identity through Ho oponopono (SITH). There are only four phrases that you say" I'm sorry, please forgive me , I love You. Thank you. In the updated process the therapist the Original Source, his mind, and connects it up with the Original Source, what others call LOVE or God. With this connection in place, the therapist then appeals to the Divine LOVE to correct the erroneous thoughts within in himself that are actualizing as the problem for himself first and then for the client second. The appeal is a process of repentance and forgiveness on the part of the therapist- " I am sorry, for the erroneous thoughts within me that have caused the problem in me and for the client; please forgive me. Love first neutralizes the emotions that have caused the problem, whether they are anger, blame, fear, or confusion. Next step , LOVE fills them with itself. then the therapist is renewed and so is the client.
A student in the Self-Identity through Ho oponopono class started to cry loudly in the afternoon session of a class, as Dr Hew Len was talking, " My God , she said , Now I know why I feel sick in my stomach when I do healing with my clients . I've been deliberately taking on their woes. And I don't have to . I can clean the woes away. And what harm would there be in saying " " I love you ", I love you, all the time.
As long as these memories or blocks of the past are present in the subconscious , they block Divinity from giving us our daily bread. Clean , Let Go and trust.
