If you think that you have to have or get something in order to have the life you want then you’re thinking may be somewhat flawed. Learning to go within and source the things you want out of feeling the bliss of already having them is something that many find mind boggling but it truly is what you want to achieve. At this point you might ask, "But how does one go about doing that?"
First, you must understand who you are and that you are not just this body that is having this human experience. Think about those times that you had a hunch to go some place or the times you thought of someone and the next thing you knew, you were at the right place at the right time for an opportunity that you were hoping for or that person you were thinking of called right then or within a few hours. Experiences like these and many others that you can probably think of right now point to the fact that you are so much more than just this physical body and that everything is connected even when we cannot see how.
Second, you have to cultivate and nurture a new belief system; one that will support the direction that you want your life to go. Think about it in this way; how can you want something that you cannot even see yourself having. Many long to have something but then tell themselves that there is no way they'll ever be able to get or have it. That definitely is a self-defeating way of being, thinking and living. So, create a new belief system. One wherein you realize and truly know that there is no reason why you cannot have those things you desire or want in your life. Life here was meant to be enjoyed.
Third, your focus should always be on those things you have that are good and/or that you love. The Law of Attraction doesn't concern itself with whether you want or do not want something. It is picking up on the vibration signal that is emanating from you. So, if you are focusing on bad things and that is what your feelings are also focused on then that signal is what will be mirrored back to you in the form of tangible experiences that are relative to that signal. Simply stated: Like attracts like! There used to be a saying when I was a child that I remember, "I am rubber, you are glue, whatever you say bounces off of me and sticks back on you". That saying was a statement we used to try to keep ourselves from feeling the sting of hurtful statements from other kids about us. Well, if you think of the universe as the rubber then you can use that to visualize how all the good you put out will be returned to you in more and more good experiences that will stick to and with you.
If you are able to make these changes, you will be headed in the right direction toward shifting your understanding and use of the Law of Attraction and, you will reap the rewards of that understanding. You can then start exercising that Law of Attraction muscle and begin creating the life you want by sourcing the things you want out of feeling the bliss of already having them from within; from your connection to your inner being.
