Albert Einstein's famous equation E=mc2 proved that everything in the universe is energy. The physical existence of our reality and the abstract reality of our mind are made from an energy pattern. The concept of a universal energy is not a new one. Chinese people call this energy chi and the ancient Hindus called it prana. Two of the arts that developed in those two cultures - t'ai chi and yoga, are based on the art of tapping into the flow of energy and using it to balance one’s self. When we are balanced we feel harmony in abundance, not only within ourselves, but also with other people, and with our entire environment. Any energy balancing process is actually the act of balancing ourselves with the great universal flow of energy. Absolutely everything that you see, hear, touch, know and don’t know is energy. Atoms that vibrate at different frequencies and form matter. In our physical world the only thing that separates a piano from a rock is the rate at which they vibrate. Even non-physical matter such as memories, thoughts and feelings are forms of energy with their own frequency and magnetic signature.
The Law of Vibration "To vibrate = to move backwards and forwards (oscillate)"
If we look into the sub-atomic level of every particle in the universe, we find that it's made out of sub atomic energy vibrating on different levels. The level of vibration determines the characteristics of the certain particle. For example, water particles and light particles are different because they vibrate on different levels. Another great example is the difference between sound notes: When you play a string on the guitar, it vibrates at a certain frequency, and creates the note that belongs to the specific frequency in which it vibrates. Even the chair you're sitting on is at its core vibrating at an immensely fast speed. So fast, that you can't even notice it.
Our senses are our vibration translator:
Eyes - Translate different photon vibrations creating the colors we see
Ears - Translate sound wave frequencies into the notes we hear
Nose - Translates the certain molecules into different odours
Sense of touch - Translates tiny vibrations that create texture through the stimulation on nerves
Consciousness is vibration as well...
You can say we are pretty much like a radio tower, receiving and emitting different frequencies. Those frequencies are emitted and received by our brain and our thoughts play a big role in how we observe the reality around us. Before we can understand the power of thoughts we must first learn the second and most important law.
The Law of Attraction...
The Law of Attraction is one of the better known universal laws. The theory behind the Law of Attraction is that we create our own realities. We attract the things that we want and we also attract things that we don't want. We attract the people in our lives, our homes and the money in our bank accounts through our thoughts and feelings. When our beliefs are limited, we attract limited wealth and compromise our well-being. When we believe anything is possible, the sky is the limit. When we focus on the "lack of" we are creating a less-than reality. But if we focus on being abundant and happy we will enjoy a luxurious and glorious reality.
The Secret...
The Law of Attraction is not a new phenomenon. The theory behind its teachings has been around for very long time. The release of the movie The Secret in 2006 created a media blitz that brought the teachings of the Law of Attraction to new heights. Many of Law of Attraction teachers who were featured in the movie went on the talk show circuits promoting the movie and the law of attraction itself. Oprah, The Larry King Show, and Ellen were some of the talk shows that invited teachers who starred in the movie as their guests.
Attracting What You Want in Three Steps...
Although the theory behind the Law of Attraction is very simple, putting it into practice on a conscious level takes work. Negative and limiting belief systems can be buried deep inside us. Changing or ridding yourself of ideas and old habits that defeat you at every turn can be done.
1. Identify what you truly desire & eliminate the negative
2. Raise your vibration level
3. Release it and allow it
Identify what you truly desire & eliminate the negative...
It is very important to focus on what you want rather than what you don't want. You must state it in the positive and filter out the words don't, not and no. Remember, your mind works in pictures and if you say I don't want to be mad, you are creating the picture and thus the vibration of being mad. You must create the opposite of what you don't want.
Raise your vibration level...
Stage two is to create a vibrational match for that which you say you want to have. How would you be feeling if you already had the things you desire, the perfect job, the perfect relationship, the amount of money that you want to have? You must identify what makes you feel good and do more of it.
Affirmations are an important component in raising your vibrational level to what it is you want. Remember, the law of attraction simply responds to how you feel about what you say and how you feel about what you think.
Release it and allow it...
In the third step you simply release your affirmation, your vibration, and your feelings to the universe to take care of your request. But you have to eliminate any doubts. If you doubt you can have it in any way, then you are pushing it away and you end up with contradictory messages to the universe It is only when the contradictory thoughts, talk, and images are removed that your desired results will manifest. The faster you remove your resistance, the faster your dreams can be realized.
Summary...
The Law of attraction is a universal law which applies to every particle in the universe. It is not something that works for some and not for others. It works for everyone regardless if they are aware of it or not. As I wrote earlier, everything vibrates at certain levels and we have now discovered that all things vibrating at the same scale are attracted to each other. You attract things into your life by the power of your thoughts and feelings, so think beautiful thoughts and match your feelings to these thoughts, you will then attract everything that you desire into your life!
