For your enjoyment, here are some affirmations that you can work with to help you develop self-love. Say them out loud at least twice a day, for 21 days – without missing a day. If you miss a day, start over again from day one. It is unwritten law of the mind that whatever we do for 21 days straight, without interruption, becomes a habit in the subconscious mind. Whatever we can make into a habit, it will be ours for the rest of our lives!
1. I love myself unconditionally.
2. I forgive myself for all my mistakes.
3. I now realize that mistakes are positive, not negative.
4. I now realize that I have worth because God created me, and I do not have to do anything to earn it.
5. My worth is unchangingly positive because it is a Spiritual inheritance.
6. My worth is not increased by my successes nor decreased by my mistakes.
7. I realize now that I have total worth and value as a person, whether I learn my lessons in life or not.

Dr Joshua David Stone was one of the most influential Spiritual teachers, leaders and forerunners of our time. He had a Ph.D. in Transpersonal Psychology and was a licensed Marriage, Family and Child Counselor in California, USA.
