Dear Friends I may not know you but what I do know is that we all can learn to improve ourselves.
We all want to live a better life, you want to have more, achieve more and become more than what most everyone settles for in life. We all have unrealized dreams, greater aspirations and a desire to do something significant with your life. I know this because you purchased this program.
You see, you and I are alike. We are continuing to pursue are dreams no matter what. We are successful achievers. Some people are living with past fears and are afraid of the concepts in this eBook and program. Some will settle for what they have, other will want to do more. One thing I know is that a high number of individuals have fear of success. They are afraid of getting up and stepping away from the tribe of average individuality and mediocrity. I learned the principles of goal setting when I was only 22 years old. I set an outrageous goal to earn a six-figure income (while still attending college) before my 26th birthday. I hit that goal. Then I set a goal to be earning a million dollars a year in just five years. I hit that goal.
Over the last 20 years of my life, I have committed myself to studying, practiced, adjusting and refined the process of designing each year with the goal to make it even better than the last one, making it the best year ever. INTRODUCTION
The definition of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)
There are five senses in the nervous system (our Mind) studying this system will help you see the world we live in very difference once you practice and learn the Art and Magic of NLP you will have a greater understanding of your world and the world of others.

I have found in my coaching practice that a good majority of individuals are held back by trust and fear which in essence prevents them from moving forward. Trust and fear is like cancer, once you find that you can let your guard down, it like a breath of fresh air. No one wants to learn that they have cancer, and if you did you would do everything to fight it to save your life. While the Pillars of NLP is what I believe a way help you get in control. What Is NLP?
We‘re all born with the same basic neurology. Our ability to do anything in life, whether it‘s swimming the length of a pool, cooking a meal, decorating a home, or reading this book, depends on how we control our nervous system. So, much of NLP is devoted to learning how to think more effectively and communicate more effectively with yourself and others.
Neuro is about your neurological system. NLP is based on the idea that we experience the world through our senses and translate sensory information into thought processes, both conscious and unconscious. Thought processes activate the neurological system, which affects physiology,
emotions, and behavior.
_ Linguistic refers to the way human beings use language to make sense of the world, capture and conceptualized experience, and communicate that experience to others. In NLP, linguistics is the study of how the words you speak influence your experience.
_ Programming draws heavily from learning theory and addresses how we code or mentally represent experience. Your personal programming consists of your internal processes and strategies (thinking patterns) that you use to make decisions, solve problems, learn, evaluate, and get
results. NLP shows people how to recode their experiences and organize their internal programming so they can get the outcomes they want.
Where it all started and where it’s going
NLP began in California in the early 1970s at the University of Santa Cruz. There, Richard Bandler, a master‘s level student of information sciences and mathematics, enlisted the help of Dr John Grinder, a professor of linguistics, to study people they considered to be excellent communicators and agents of change. They were fascinated by how some people defied the odds to get through to
‗difficult or very ill people where others failed miserably to connect. So NLP has its roots in a therapeutic setting thanks to three world-renowned psychotherapists that Bandler and Grinder studied: Virginia Satir (developer of Conjoint Family Therapy), Fritz Perls (the founder of Gestalt Psychology), and Milton H Erickson (largely responsible for the advancement of Clinical
Hypnotherapy).

STRATEGIES OF NLP PHYSIOLOGY
Merriam-Webster defines Physiology as a branch of biology that deals with the functions and activities of life or of living matter (as organs, tissues, or cells) and of the physical and chemical phenomena involved — compare ANATOMY
Physiology is a subject that is often ignored, human nature is we don‘t always focus on this but in reality we do when looking at people. An example is the way one walk. People KNOW their body has many parts, and they want some ideas as to what might or might not be happening. I have found a marked improvement in the last decade in the kind of questions people ask and their desire to stay healthy. People seem to be much more interested in getting all the facts before they take action. And there is much you can do to stay healthy. If you have some health issues, you might want to find out how to regain your ―missing‖ health. But in order to do that you really need to know how your body functions and what it‘s all about. People are very intelligent. If they don‘t know something, they search the Internet for the information themselves or get someone to do it for them. They want to understand why things happen to them. I draw many a picture of blood vessels (arteries) filled with ―debris‖ or show how the kidney connects to the bladder, or how the ear functions. Once you know what true health is, you can understand why your body might be experiencing less than desirable results. Then you make informed decisions and can take reasonable actions.

PHYSIOLOGY is the study and process of the function of the human. It is the study of the physical and chemical processes involved in the functioning of the living organisms and their component parts. When we talk about anatomy, we often also discuss the function of it, so take care in understanding the two parts. As you already know, disease doesn't have to be a part of your life. If you want to either avoid it or eliminate it, you need to know the true body first and its functions. Only then can you make a change. Everything else is guessing and a waste of your time and effort. Just like counterfeit money, knowing the truth helps you recognize the "untruth" or false or mistaken actions and beliefs.
