A great guru Bhagawan Nityananda once said “the Heart is the hub of all sacred places, go there and roam.” Just as the spiritual cave of the heart is so much more than a physical space in the chest, Love is so much more than a pleasant emotion. There is a monumental shift in the vibratory field of Love that is now available for everyone. You just need to consciously access it and nurture it.
St. Theresa of Lisieux wrote in “Story of a Soul”: “What matters in life, is not great deeds, but great love.” Her spiritual path was doing the ordinary with extraordinary love. “I know of one means only by which to attain to perfection: LOVE. Let us love, since our heart is made for nothing else.”
I was speaking to a mother recently who wanted help learning techniques to assist her not to project her fears onto her child. I asked her if she wanted to learn to be a healer and she replied “my role is behind the scenes”. I just want to do my part to bring love and peace into the hearts of those I come into contact with.”
Friends, this is being a healer. You may not end up making your living at it; but we all have important roles as Planet Shifters, and we do it one heart at a time.
This is exactly what one teacher, Little Grandmother, wrote:
“The answer lies with each and every one of us doing our part, with our own hearts, moving forward as individuals in our own abilities to grow our hearts larger and love and live with kindness and consciousness. The message is that we each are the Great I Am, we are the change, we are the strongest of the strong and whether or not you are a public speaker, or a stay-at-home mom doesn’t matter; what does matter is that in every moment of every day we are living from our hearts. That each one of us is responsible for the outcome of ourselves and our planet and the only way we can achieve something different from the world we are living in now is to live from love, to remember who you are as a powerful co-creator; You are all unique loving beings who can literally change the world around you through your ability to love and act in love.”
How Do We Use the Element of Love to Co-Create a New Reality?
Okay let’s look at this another way. Alchemy is the process of personal transformation. Currently our reality is shifting.
Visionary Jim Self states: “Although technologically possible by applying tremendous amounts of energy and force, Alchemy is more simply accomplished by changing the frequency of thought, altering the harmonics of matter, and applying the elements of Love to create your desired results. Alchemy is first recognizing all that is possible then transforming one possibility into another.”
Years ago I would wonder “What is this Reiki healing? This flow that I am part of –that other people are drawing through me? What is it really? The translation of Reiki, or “Universal Life Force” still felt quite conceptual to me.
The answer always came back—“It is LOVE. Reiki is unconditional Love.”
Then I started working with the Rays of Creation taught by Jim Self; and I wondered how Reiki relates to these enormous energetic structures. My guidance answered “that Reiki is part of the 3rd Ray of Creation; the Healing energy of Reiki is contained within the 3rd Ray.” At the time I was new to the Rays and didn’t remember immediately what the 3rd Ray was all about. So I looked it up in my Mastering Alchemy notes, and the 3rd Ray is “radiant Blue and represents the Love of Creator.”
So when we are applying the Rays of Creation, we ask for the Love of Creator to infuse the Creation, the new energy pattern, with this powerful luminescence. The 3rd Ray always feels like liquid honey —dripping down my being from the crown and filling me up –every nook and cranny—when I am creating a new pattern or experience. As if the new structure is not fitting quite right, and there are gaps, or edges, and the Love of the 3rd Ray just drips around the new structure and eases it into my being, smoothing out any rough edges.
The 3rd Ray of Creation acts to rewire your energetic, electrical and magnetic circuitry to this highest of resonances—the Love of the Creator for the creation (YOU!!). So when we teach manifesting with the Rays of Creation, the element love, a crucial ingredient, is always added.
New mantra: I love you
For years now I have been doing something a bit odd. I walk around my house, or my garden, with no one around and find myself constantly repeating, even out loud: “I love you”. I wondered if there was an object to my love—was I always thinking of my beloved partner Kumara? And the answer (sorry Kumara) was sometimes, but it was not just to him, though I think our mutual love ignited this space within me. Or was it to my beloved Creator? Not exactly. It is my state of being now, I am “in love” and loving much of the time. “I love you” became my mantra and my favorite practice.
In Story of a Soul, St. Theresa wrote something similar: “In times of aridity when I am incapable of praying, of practicing virtue, I seek little opportunities, mere trifles, to give pleasure to Jesus; for instance a smile, a pleasant word when inclined to be silent and to show weariness. If I find no opportunities, I at least tell Him again and again that I love Him; that is not difficult and it keeps alive the fire in my heart. Even though this fire of love might seem extinct I would still throw little straws upon the embers and I am certain it would rekindle.”
Take the Love Challenge for a Week
What would happen if you began to repeat “I love you” throughout your day? While doing chores, while shopping, while on your walk or at the gym. No object necessary. Just the intention.
Then for icing on the cake, add the “element” of Love—the vibration or feeling or resonance. Find and feel the Truth of the statement. Find yourself loving …anyone or anything at first. Throwing little straws on the embers of your heart fire.
You are in charge of the loving; you are not waiting for it to happen to you. Then you realize you are loving much in your life. Loving the wind, the sun, the rain. For no reason. Just sending out love. Being in love. Loving.
You are the experiment here. How would that transform your world? I would “Love” to hear all about it!
