Once you are clear about your desires and goals, and have written them down, an incredible step to add to your practice is visualization. This is an ancient powerful tool to use for the fulfillment of desires. Prehistoric man used the power of visualization when he carved on the walls of his cave, the pictures of what he hoped to find in his hunt for food.
The Universal Law awaits our clarity in order to create that which we want to have in our life. We give the message to the Universe through our beliefs, feelings and behaviors. When we add a clear picture of whatever we want resolved the outcome is hastened and certain. This is why it is so important to be sure of what you really want.
Vague wishing or trying, with indefinite goals and conflicting behaviors do not produce that which you desire. Less intense pictures may manifest but not as quickly however. and it may be a much paler version of what you say you want. When visualization does not bring immediate results, do not allow yourself to be discouraged .Review your feelings of worthiness to have what you desire and review your level of determination. The word determination is a better word to relate to than will power. We all have had instances when determination worked well for us and we are able to relate to this feeling more readily than a nebulous sense of will power. Determination is a strong energy, powerful enough to start breaking up the patterns of faulty beliefs that are held in the unconsciousness.
Sometimes we sabotage our greater good with a reaction of resistance to problems that show up in our lives. Some clients come and ask for help to get ‘rid’ of some problem in their lives. The resistance to what is happening is a sizable part of the problem, and a contributing factor to being in a stuck position. “I want to get rid of my anger, anxiety or scarcity beliefs” they tell me. It is important to realize that we do not get rid of anything, as all is energy, alas in this case negative energy., We acknowledge the negative within, learn how to turn it inside out until it is positive and works for us.
By stopping and reorganizing energy, you can disarm the unconscious with a strong positive visualization of what needs to be put in place of the negative. If you find that the positive is too direct or say too farfetched for your present level of belief do not desert the idea of replacing the negative, just step it down until it feel right for you. Modify the positive to the degree that you can let it in without resistance. For instance if one part of you wants something big in your life and another part of you thinks that it is not possible, find a lesser version of that which you desire, or step it down until you can feel internal and external agreement. When that which is pictured is several degrees removed from what is stored in the unconscious, we have to allow the unconscious some time to catch up, and absorb the new. This time is not wasted; it allows the inner and the outer to be harmonious.
