I am the founder of Energy Restructure and my book title is Energy Restructure,Set Yourself Free Using The 9 Layers of The Emotional Body. I facilitate sessions with clients which releases the emotions using the breath and other techniques.
I think if you always look at the emotion first and keep those toxins clear, there would not be as many physical outbreaks.
This video says it all. Thanks
I have followed Deepak for some time now and he constantly amazes me at how he can take a subject as complex as releasing emotional toxicity and reduce it down to a few simple and highly effective steps. Others have written entire books and expensive programs to do this and Chopra cuts to the heart of the matter in little over a minute. Priceless
I agree! If anyone is suffering from toxin emotions then this is a step-by-step process to help them get off the emotional rollercoaster. I know that the next time I jump on the rollercoaster I'm going to do these steps that Deepak has laid out for all of us. Thank you for sharing.
The steps to releasing emotional toxins explained here are practical. This process works. However, this process may take longer for some people than others. I work this process personally and with my coaching clients. The challenge is that we can get 'stuck' on one of the steps. For example, it can take weeks, months, or years for someone to fully accept responsibility for their feelings or to learn how to sit with uncomfortable emotions and truly release them. This is yet another process to put into daily practice for continual self-development.
I am delighted to have information that is straightforward and simple while being immensely helpful for dealing with my emotional baggage and trauma. Thank you very much Deepak Chopra.
And what about when the toxic emotion is actually related to a trauma and there is a risk for re-traumatizing when trying to feel the emotion as suggested? Or an overwhelming emotion that the person cannot handle? This video is too short and simple to be useful, sorry. It can actually be dangerous to follow this simplified advice. There should be at least a warning for deep/overwhelming emotions...
I love this. With so much focus on physical fitness and intellectual pursuits, for many emotional health is the last frontier. This is the crux of the work I do with people, combining yoga and breathwork with elements of hypnosis (guided imagery, visualizations) to help get in touch with, acknowledge, feel and let go of whatever has been left undealt with in the body. The body is the subconscious mind. If we're avoiding it, we're burying it.
Deepok Choprah has so much to contribute to our societies standards of wellness. He really puts it together in such simple and useful ways that we all can relate to.
