2008 Thoughts:
- Whatever we think, feel, imagine, wish, and visualize we create. It is important to monitor our emotions and mental patterns. We may create the wrong reality for our lives. I have also learned, if we do not observe the intentions around us, we can invite all sorts of individuals to assist in creating our reality. This can be a good or horrible outcome of events, situations, and drama. It is all created by accident, 90% of the time and is a series of; intentions, conversations, thoughts, images, and visuals. This happens in a variety of days, months, and years time. Overall, The more we are aware of our mind, body, and spirit the better. We have to take control over our mind and its input system. What are we allowing in our human computer everyday and it's sources. This takes a lot of practice, study, and faith.
- I am adoring all benefits of Yoga. The Full Mind, Body, and Soul. Yoga aids the body, spirituality, and mental state. The benefits of yoga goes a long way i am discovering and experiencing for myself, let alone the documentation and literature. Yoga Therapy is my favorite, this includes Chakra, Ashtanga, Hatha, and Iyengar styles to name a few. The Therapy is expanding; for not only Fitness but Medical Yoga. I find this is true for those requesting for personalized Yoga sessions, the private sessions will transfer from Fitness to Yoga Therapy Treatment. This required more training and research on my end, for Medical Yoga Education. In return, as founder of Love and Divinity; i plan to build a Yoga Therapy Distance Education Program.
