The real nature of healing lies in generating optimum energy in order to completely enjoy living your life. Spiritual healing is much more than just a technique, it is actually a state of being or it means being at peace with yourself, with your body, relationship and your life. Healing is actually a return to the wholeness by achieving balance in your lie. So, to get started you first need to explore the nature of health and let go the outdated concepts. Maybe in school you were probably taught that healing is just the means to fix a cure but you might have learnt that healing happens as a reaction to illness or has something to focus on when you are sick. Most of the traditional methods of healing that are followed in our culture are basically about conquering and fighting disease and illness. However the basic flaw with these approaches is that they consider holistic spiritual approach as a static or something to do after you are sick.
The tradition method of healing is mainly about keeping the body alive and sometimes at all cost. Death is often seen as a failure in the medical field. There are several souls trapped in the physical body due to the advancement in medicine. There are also some medicines that would keep your lungs breathing for you. So, just keeping the body alive does not produce state of holistic spiritual healing. Respects and wholeness honors all four levels of your being. It starts by respecting and owning your emotional, physical, spiritual and mental bodies. All these four levels of being or bodies make up the main foundation not wholeness which leads to creating optimum health. An actual healing is the return to wholeness by achieving balance in your life. You need to have control over your mind body connection to completely return to wholeness. This might even require deep meditation or guided imagery at times to achieve complete peace of mind and wholeness.

• Nature your body by fulfilling its needs for health
• Knowing that spirituality is just about choosing to love
• Value the power of your mind to overcome confrontation to change
• Remember that God is not separate from the real or physical world
• Ask God for strength and healing to reach your full potential
The main reason for holistic technique spiritual healing is to create a perfect heaven on earth by becoming whole or complete and one with all that is. When you achieve this, healing and wholeness would become natural as breathing. The actual nature of health becomes the way you live your life and not just a temporary or quick fix to keep your body alive. There are some renowned centers around the world that provide holistic methods of healing to your whole body. There are also some online websites that can teach you simple methods of holistic spiritual healing to heal yourself or others.
