We don’t really see with our eyes, we see with our minds and consciousness. Every thought we think is a lens we see through. And so in truth everything in life is perception and interpretation.
If we choose to see faults in ourselves or others, we will find them. However, if we choose to be a love finder and see the best and beautiful in both ourselves and others, then this is what we will see.
So it is both okay and important to have Spiritual discernments in life and to see negative ego when it shows up, however, it is crucial to do so from a spirit of non-judgmentalness, always keeping the innocent essence of everyone in mind. One’s behaviour may be inappropriate, however, this does not change the truth of their identity as a Son/Daughter of God!
