There is no point getting angry, frustrated or fed up with the ways things are at the moment.
There is no point feeling sorry for yourself that you have not yet reached your goals…
All of those types of emotions, stifle the one thing you absolutely need to break free from this particular slump…
They stifle your creativity.
It is your creativity that will enable you to come up with novel ideas and novel ways of doing things…
It is your creativity that will make boring old plans that look the same as everyone else’s plans, more uniquely yours…
It is creativity that gives you the edge over everyone else because no one is like you and you are certainly like no one else…
So, you need your creativity to run free.
And fear, self-doubt are not useful emotions to allow run free within you.
This is the thing – You have to decide completely within yourself that your success is an absolute done deal and so you realise that your current circumstances are just a bump in the road that requires you to use your imagination and creativity to find a solution through.
Instead of sitting around asking questions like ‘Why is this not working for me?’ and putting your imagination to work creating all kinds of answers to that crazy question.
Instead, ask ‘What can I do next to take me one step closer to _________? (name your goal)’
And then pay attention to the answers that come up within you, make a note of them and make a move.
The more you do this, the more you acknowledge the great ideas you have within you, the more great ideas keep coming up.
And you can further help things by continuing professional development – as in, get some training and fill your well of knowledge so that your creativity has more things to work with when you ask it useful, empowering questions.
Remember this, you are never beaten until you decide you are!
You are not stuck until you start asking yourself pointless questions that have no answer…
You are always able to move forward, if you will learn to ask yourself and others the right questions and if you will keep believing even when the odds seem stacked against you.
You are always a winner.
However, you have to believe that, even when you are tempted not to.
You have to be able to get past any desire to feel sorry for yourself and think defeat and despite all those dark emotions threatening to take you over, you have to find a way to forge forward anyway.
Your creativity, your imagination are gifts from your creator – Learn how to access them and use them to your advantage. Your particular path to success will be crafted using them.
Stop using them to bring you down and use them to be successful instead.
