Home made Toothpaste Solution
6 parts baking soda , 1 part vegetable based glycerin , 1 part hydrogen peroxide solution, and flavor to taste such as mint extract, bubblegum extract, or vanilla extract whatever you want your toothpaste to taste like add that flavor to it. This makes a very well rounded toothpaste. To make a smoother elegant mix, reduce the soda. To omit the glycerin, increase the peroxide. Make sure to use this natural potent morning and night to replace your over the counter toothpaste and better your oral hygiene.
Warning: The basis of homemade toothpaste is baking soda and hydrogen peroxide. Either one in huge doses can be dangerous, do not ingest.
STEP 2:
Always wash your mouth after with a simple mix of Hydrogen peroxide and water. I would prefer you to use spring water but its your choice. This is a great way to remove any bad bacteria in your mouth. And this step works wonders you wouldn't believe.
STEP 3:
This is the easiest part you can ever do. All you have to do is floss in between your teeth spaces. Cleaning all spaces and removing any food or plaque particles. This will most definitely help your teeth regain its proper growing spaces.
