Old age is considered a second childhood because in old age people tend to seek help from others. However the only help which is required is that of the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind would guide the physical self towards a slower process of ageing. A person who is growing old needs to concentrate on his Power of subconscious mind. He needs to converse with his subconscious mind and train it to think positively at all costs. When one can think positive then they can channelise their energy in a fruitful direction. If you are thinking positively than instead of seeing the morbid side of things you would focus more on the bright side. Looking around at youthful faces and the new sets of ideas should not be repulsive for you. You should train your subconscious in such a way that it would help you to deal with the new altered life. Medical science has proved that if the mind is strong, the body would follow its suit.
