Yesterday, Manitoba accepted applications for its International Masters Graduate stream. This stream only requires someone to have a Master’s degree from this province.
Conditions for this stream
The applicant must make an application within two years of him getting the degree. The program also must have a duration of 1 year. Apart from completing education in Canada, the candidates must also have a score in a language exam. This score can be in any exam, IELTS, CELPIP or any French level exams. In the English language exams, of CELPIP and IELTS, the candidate must not have a score of less than CLB7. The candidates can also get scores equivalent to CLB7 in French if they decide to choose it as the main language of proficiency. The two French tests which are required for Ontario masters graduate program are Test d'Evaluation du Français and Test de
Connaissance du Français.
The candidate must have been living in Ontario for at least 1 year in the 2 years which are preceding his application. You have to apply to the OINP e-Filing portal for this program. This application must include documents and the applicant has to provide them within 14 days of registering there.
1,500 CAD is the application fees for this program. There are designated universities from which you can do engineering in Ontario to be eligible for this program.30 universities are considered eligible for the grant of a degree for the Ontario Master’s graduate program. The best part about this program is that no future employment in Ontario is needed for this program.

The applicant should also have funds to meet the costs of living in this province. If the candidate already his employment in Canada, his requirement of having funds to live in Ontario is removed. If a candidate has some work experience in Ontario, this requirement is also waived off for him.
After getting the notification of interest from the OINP, the candidate must then apply for the Express Entry.
Documents required for this visa
The proof of funds can also be shown through the letterhead of a financial institution where such funds have been deposited. A bank account statement must contain the funds in the account right now and the average funds for the previous six months. Applicants who have a spouse can prove that they have the required settlement money through a joint bank account.
If the applicant owes some amount to someone, he also needs to show this amount. Any kind of debt whether it’s incurred through a credit card needs to be shown.
Ontario opened applications for this stream on March 5th, initially but the stream just closed after accepting 333 applications. After that, it opened on April 30th and accepted 667 applications. March 5th intake had a target of 1000 applications, but some technical glitches happened before 1000 applications could be accepted.
