Most people today are far too busy to give themselves the self care they need. There just isn't enough time in the day; between taking to the kids to school, going to work, grocery shopping, taking the kids to their sports practices and events, housework, ect... It is just too fast paced these days. That along with the struggling economy it's even harder.
Or is it?
Just think of the consequences. If we run around like hamsters on a wheel for too much longer, we will eventually give out and not have the energy to handle or daily routines. We wont be there for our kids soccer games because we are sick, or we would miss work because we are just too tired to make it. Becoming run down while trying to take car of the family just isn't a smart option. Who will keep the family running smoothly if we are confined to our beds or even worse, end up in the hospital?
Reiki helps promote health and well being by a gentle touch of magnificent energy. It soothes the soul while balancing out your Chakras. The points in your body that are designed to do different things to keep you functioning well and at top form.
It only takes an hour or so out of your day. The same time it takes to watch a TV show. Now days with DVR's you can watch that show anytime you want. So why not give Reiki a try? You have nothing to loose. Reiki aligns the Body, Mind, and Soul to work as one. It helps promote healing of the physical as well as calms the spirit and puts things into perspective.
I hope that more of you take the time out of your busy schedule to receive a Reiki session. Your family will thank you for it. "It is for your own good", as my Mother used to say, and she was right!!

For over 30 years I have been studying all facets of metaphysics. When I found Reiki, I found my home.
Helping people and animals has always had a very important place in my heart. I have volunteered thousands of hours to my community; Emergency Rooms in Hospitals, Convalescent Homes, Animal Shelters, and our Sheriff's Department.
Once I found Reiki, I found that I can help people and animals on an entirely new level. Helping to balance, to relax, and to give peace to those that need it most on a one on one basis.
I believe that we all have the ability to heal ourselves in one aspect or another. Being able to heal and balance someone with Reiki is just that much more powerful.
The energy that is received in a Reiki session is very personal. It goes where it is most needed. Whether it is a physical ailment or a spiritual block.That's what I love about it.
