Life is a decision. You decide. You decide to be happy. You decide to be unhappy. You decide to be wealthy. You decide to struggle and live in lack. You decide,” I am going to be positive and loving.”
In the world of victimhood, the world happens to you and there isn’t anything you can do about It. You’ve the been dealt the cards and you have to live with it.
In the Release Technique, you learn, the truth is, you are the determiner of your life, your happiness, your love. You decide. You learn that whatever you hold in your mind all the time is what you get. You learn to take responsibility for whatever you experience. You learn that taking responsibility is empowering because, I did it, I can change it.
In the Release Technique you learn to have an intention for everything you do. An intention is a mini goal. Without intention where you end up is un-predictable because you are thrown around by the waves of the ocean of life and you can land anywhere including on the rocks. When you have an intention for everything you do, you decide in advance where you are going where you will land. You set your sails with an intention and your result is what you intended.
Have an intention for everything you do. Start your day with your intentions for that day. Keep an eye on your intentions all day long.
Love is the most powerful force in the universe. Have the intention to have a wonderful, abundant day full of love. Have the intention to square all with love, meaning to continually ask yourself, “Is what I’m thinking, feeling, saying, and doing, loving?”
Decide. “Today I’m going to be positive and loving in spite of whatever happens.” Deciding to be positive and loving in spite of whatever happens, making that your intention, is deciding to infuse your day with love, the most powerful force in the universe.
Deciding, having the intention to be loving in spite of whatever happens is deciding to have your life run by love. Deciding, having the intention to be loving in spite of whatever happens, is having your day fueled with love, the most powerful force in the universe. When you make it your intention to be loving in spite of whatever happens, your day is loving, your experience is love. Having the intention to be loving. You are loving. Holding in mind loving. You are loving. When you are loving, you cannot but experience love.
You can be sure that mind of yours does not want you to have the intention to be loving. You can be sure that mind of yours does not want your life run by love. Your mind has kept you beating yourself up. Your mind has kept you reacting with non love thoughts and feelings. Your mind eats negativity for dinner. Your mind does not want you to be loving. You’re in charge. It’s your mind. You’re the owner. Tell that mind of yours. “Take a walk and get lost, I don’t need you anymore.
Remember, love, being loving, is the same energy as positive, happiness, successful and abundant. Having the intention to be loving is having the intention to be positive. Having the intention to be loving is having the intention to be happy. Having the intention to be loving is having the intention to be successful. Having the intention to be loving is having the intention to be abundant.
Having the intention to be loving is deciding to live in love, deciding to live in the highest energy, love. Having the intention to be loving is holding in mind love. I decide, I am going to be loving all day long no matter what anyone is doing or saying, no matter what the news is saying, no matter what my spouse says, no matter what my children say, no matter what my boss says, no matter what my bank account says, no matter what some body ache or pain is trying to tell me.
Having the intention to be loving whatever comes your way is holding in mind love. What you hold in mind is what you’re getting all the time. Having the intention to be loving, holding in mind love, loving, is guaranteed that you are living in love. Living in love guarantees you are living in happiness, you are living in positive energy, you are living in success, you are living in abundance, you are living in health, you are living in peace. It’s guaranteed because that’s what you’re holding in mind.
Please don’t believe a word I’m saying to you. Check it out for yourself. Do it. Have the intention. I’m having a wonderful, abundant day of love. Today, I’m loving, in spite of whatever happens. I am squaring all with love. Decide. Set your intention and watch what happens. Prove it to yourself. Have the intention to have your life run by love, to be loving no matter what happens, no matter what is going on, no matter words being thrown at you. Have the intention to be loving, decide to be loving. Decide that for one week and watch what happens. Prove it to yourself.
What do you have to lose? I’ll tell you what you have to lose. You lose your negativity. You lose frustration. You lose living in annoyance. You lose living in disharmony. You lose living in stress. You lose living in angst all the time. You lose being run by that which has robbed you of being all you could be. You lose being run by that which has kept you where you are living a life without all the happiness, all the success, all the abundance you deserve. That’s what you have to lose.
Decide. Set your intention. Set your sails. I am loving. I am positive in spite of whatever and you regain your life, your aliveness. Along with that, you gain all the positive the world, the universe, has to offer. Decide that and you are love. You are the most powerful force in the universe.
Remember. Your life is your decision. You decide. You set your intention. Your life is as you decide. Decide now. I am loving in spite of whatever happens. I am loving no matter what is going on out there in the world. I am loving despite what anyone is doing or saying.
Be loving and you will be love. Be love and the world and all that’s in it is yours. Be loving and live in the highest, most powerful energy there is.
Decide right now. Be loving. Watch what happens. Yours is the world and all that’s in it. Be loving and find out.
