Lottery sales are going through the roof. This statement should be of no surprise, right? The economy is at all time record lows, we have the highest rate of unemployment ever recorded, we have over spent for so long that we don’t know how to live within what our means really should be. Sure, a get rich quick opportunity doesn’t sound like such a bad idea, does it?
So, you might be turning to the Internet where the promises of get rich quick opportunities within home based franchises appear at every click of the mouse. You desperately want to bite the bait and believe that what you are reading to be true. You can see it now, no work, kicking back, relaxing, vacations, big cars and no more worries and the money….well it somehow just keeps on rolling in. Ahhhh!!!
The alarm clock is now ringing and you are sadly waking up from your get rich quick opportunity dream…Oh well…it was nice what it lasted!
If this scenario that I just painted is your mentality; you have got quite a while before you will be living the lifestyle of your dreams…if ever.
The hard fact is when building the best home based franchise there is no guarantee that anything will come easily. There are no ‘short cuts’ to success. The ‘short cuts’ are taking the action, doing the work, having the dedication and persistence for your success. This is what it takes to be a part of a successful ‘get rich quick opportunity.’
The Internet today is like the Dot Com era. Everybody wants a piece of the cake without really having the ingredients needed to go into the making of that cake.
True, the Internet can be one of the main ingredients in an entrepreneurs’ recipe box, but it’s not the only ingredient and an entrepreneur who wants to launch a home based franchise realizes that. In fact, the serious entrepreneur realizes that true success comes from the combination of the leverage from the Internet, dedicated action and the mindset that must be developed before any long term success will be gained.

3. Attract leads and prospects.
4. Offer value and content to those leads and prospects.
5. Make Sales.
6. Over-deliver in your value, products and services.
7. See the commission checks being delivered to your mail box.
A simple recipe? Certainly. An easy recipe? Not always. The running of any type of business on the surface can look very simple and in fact it is. But the bottom line of it all and where the true success will be found in your home based franchise is going to be in the dedication, the investment of both time and of money, and the action that you take each and every day to ensure the success of your home based franchise. This recipe for success will not be a get rich quick opportunity.
I can certainly understand where an online business might not be for everyone, especially if you happen to have a lottery based mentality and are looking to “get rich quick.” But, if you are seriously considering building a legitimate online business, do yourself a favor and stack the deck to your side.
