10 Effortless Ways To Lose Weight

Set a goal Setting a goal creates a commitment, it gives direction and puts your aim into perspective. The goal could be to have a body that you are comfortable with. You should keep a record of what you are doing. Have daily; weekly, monthly targets to work towards, these in turn act as steps towards your goal. If you are on the road to personal development, having a positive regard of self is an essential step.
1. Talk yourself thinner! Determine that you are loosing weight and see yourself thin. Speak to yourself affirmations that you are achieving your desired weight. See in your mind a thin you. Having a positive belief that you can do it gives the correct mind set and attitude necessary for achieving your goal to loose weight.
2 Each morning take a glass of warm with lemon juice. Lemon juice has a beneficial, cleansing effect on the digestive system, plus the Vitamin C is good for the skin.
3. Having a cereal at breakfast time gives bulk, choose the whole grain variety or oatmeal porridge and have it with skimmed milk. Do not add sugar.
4. Have a glass of water before a main meal. You will fill full and therefore likely to eat less.
5. Consciously reduce quantity of each serving. This has an obvious effect, the less you take in the less is added to the body weight.
6. Reduce intake of sugar, this reduces unnecessary energy intake. You may do so gradually. If you have been taking 2 teaspoons of sugar, aim to take one, then half. In time you will avoid sugar without difficulty.
7. Reduce salt intake, this helps in lowering water retention.
8. Eat slowly; chew deliberately have a taste and feel of the food. During eating, put down your folk and knife and enjoy the food.
9. Stop eating before you are completely full. In a moment you will feel comfortably full.
10. Avoid eating within three hours of bedtime. Going to bed full reduces the efficiency of the digestive system.
