New to the gym? Are you ready to feel your muscles being torn and pumped? So what is your reason for building muscle? To attract the attention of girls? Or maybe you are tired of having a fat body or too thin? Yes, whatever your reason, it is important to remember that this is not an easy process, especially instant.

This requires patience, determination, and discipline! So if you are confused about getting started, we have something that might help you. Below are tips that will keep a beginner on track. Let's see!

1. Visit and consult with your doctor about everything when you start an exercise program that includes weight training and cardio training. This is the first thing!

2. Do you want to gain weight, or want to lose fat? You have to choose between the two though you can do both at the same time, but it is very difficult. So, the second is to set your goals!

3. If your body fat is below the 14 percent range, you should be fine. In this condition, you must increase your fat and weight. If your fat is above 14 percent, you must start working to lose some fat. Then you can gain weight as well as muscle mass.

4. Eat as much as 5 to 6 times a day you have to do if gaining weight is your goal. So you have to have a predetermined nutritional plan.

5. If required, you can hire a personal trainer for several training sessions to teach you basic training. So from the start, you already have a training regimen that has been set. Besides, you can ask for advice from experienced people in your gym or online forums.

6. No less important, determine the gym that has a personal trainer, staff, and basic fitness equipment. For example, if you go to the gym during busy hours, between evening and night, you can use the most equipment around you without having to wait for someone to finish using the machine.

7. Train your body at home or anywhere. There are times when you cannot go to the gym for weather reasons for example. Does this prevent you from exercising? of course not! Also, train all your muscles at least once a week. So, if you want faster progress, don't just go to the gym.

8. Don't waste too much time in the gym with something that isn't important. All you have to do is, get in, practice, and get out as soon as possible. Remember, your muscle growth occurs outside the gym when you eat and rest. 90 to 120 minutes at the gym is enough!

9. Don't forget cardio! this is a great type of training for all beginners in helping to improve cardiovascular strength for weight training.

10. The secret is Exercise, Eat, and Rest. These three things will cause growth in your muscles. The conclusion is, if there is one missing, then the muscle will not exist. So once again, your muscles only grow outside the gym, not inside!
