Written by John McEwen
Many people these days are dying to burn fat through exercises. They tend to be involved in a lot of exercises but most of them never see any significant results from their effect. Some say it is because they are doing all the wrong exercises that don't help them to burn fat.
So, here are 3 proven exercises that burn fat fast.
Exercise #1 - Indoor Cycling
Indoor cycling is one of the best fat burn exercises out there. You can easily burn up to 700 calories for every 1 hour session that you attend. What I like most about indoor cycling is that you can have complete control of the intensity. Another good thing is that the class plays good music to keep you hyped up and motivated.
Exercise #2 - Running
I would prefer to run on the treat mill. This way you can have total control of the intensity and not being affected by the surroundings outside. You should at least run 3-4 miles everyday to keep yourself healthy and to enable your body to burn fat. When you feel you're comfortable with your current intensity, try pushing it up to a new level.
Exercise #3 - Swimming
Swim, swim and swim. Swimming is another top exercise to burn fat. If you do it with the right intensity, it is very very effective. Swimming is one exercise that will workout most of the body muscles and enable you to have greater flexibility of movements.
Having listed the top 3 exercises to burn fat, there is one thing that you will notice. All these 3 fat burn exercises are actually the triathletes disciplines. No wonder why these triathletes burn fat so fast!
