So, you are interested in a woman, but you are not confident because of your flabby arms and man boobs. There is a very simple way to stay fit without breaking into 5 gallons of sweat. Sure, all of those dudes on TV trying to sell you on their insane workouts can definitely give you results. However, if you are like me, somebody who enjoys eating and doesn't want to work out like a maniac for 20 to 30 minutes every day, then here is your solution: 15, 15, 15, 15.

Believe it or not, 15 push-ups, 15 sit-ups, 15 arm curls (with a 25 pound weight) and 15 minutes of walking can do wonders for your body. This is really all you need to do to maintain a better than decent figure. If you are ambitious, then repeat the set; double the workout. Do 30 push-ups, 30 sit-ups, 30 arm curls, and walk for 30 minutes. But you may not want to do that, cause then you'll really start looking good.

Before you go to bed: 15, 15, 15, 15. As soon as you wake up in the morning: 15, 15, 15, 15. Muscles are amazing. Once you get them going, they are easy to maintain. The difficult part is getting started.

So, it's time to go to sleep. You are tired, but you can't stop thinking about that girl, and you want her to like the way that you look. GET ON THE FLOOR! Do 15 push-ups. "But I can't", you say. Get on the floor anyway. The magic to motivation is this: START! Once you start you will not want to stop. Once you start doing the first push-up, you will do another 14.

Don't stop there. Drop down on to your back and do 15 sit-ups. I know you are tired. So what! Do you want that girl? Drop down and do 15 sit-ups. Remember, the most difficult sit-up is the first one. Once you start the first one, you will do 14 more.

Wait! We are not done yet. Grab the 25 pound weight. Do 15 arm curls, while standing up, with each arm. Do the right arm first, then do the left arm. If you do not have a 25 pound weight, go get one. There is no need to purchase two weights. One will do the trick. You just switch from one arm to the other.

Don't put this off any longer. Get off your tub of goo and give me 15, 15, 15, 15!

You thought I forgot, didn't you? Get outside and walk for 15 minutes. If you have a dog, go walk for 15 minutes. If you don't have a dog, walk for 15 minutes by yourself or with your spouse, or with your girlfriend, or with a friend. Don't go to sleep before you walk for 15 minutes.

Guess what. In the morning, you get to do it all over again. :)
