If you are suffering from yeast infection there are some natural home remedies you can try to cure your yeast infection. You can begin with the following treatments to get a fairly quick relief from the symptoms.

1. Yogurt is the most known remedy for yeast infection. Take a tampon dip it in to yogurt and insert it in to your vagina. You need to leave it in there for a few hours and then keep replying the steps. After a few day you'll see that your symptoms are gone away.
2. Another great tip is about eating healthier. Focus on foods that offer high amount of Vitamin C. You can have orange, citrus fruits. You can also eat some vegetables that contains Vitamin C. Such as broccoli and potatoes.
3. Fill your bat with warm water (not hot, only warm). Add a half cup of salt and a half cup of apple cider vinegar. Simply lay down in your bath for 20 minutes. This is an easy cleansing solution for your vaginal area, which can be used any time.
4. Get 2 cups of water and add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and a glove of garlic. Let this solution wait for 10 min. And then just use the water to clean your vaginal area.
5. Peel a garlic clove and insert it in your vagina. Keep it in there for at least 30 mins. After the time is up change it with another garlic clove. Or you can definitely leave it in when you are sleeping. Keep doing this for a few days.
6.Use a tablespoon of potassium sorbate and let it dissolve in a cup of water. Insert a tampon in your vagina and pour in this solution so the tampon can absorbe it. Leave it in ove

7. This one is a marvelous homeopathic remedy for treating your yeast infection, mix olive leaf extract and grapefruit seed extract in a glass of water, then clean the infected area with this quick solution.
