At times you may feel pent-up and stressed about how things are going in your academic life. The pressure can be so overwhelming that it gets difficult for you to find a way out by yourself.
A great way to handle the situation is to talk about it with someone who knows you well. You’ll feel so much better discussing your issues and hurdles that are coming in front of you time and again. In fact, you can also get reasonable solutions to your problems.
