What you'll love most about being a "part time online entrepreneur" is the combination of low risk and high gain as there are no huge investments to be made upfront. An idea, a computer, an internet connection and a step-by-step guide how to set up and market your business is all you need. And if you do it right, the sky is the limit for what you can achieve. What you'll hate most is the fact that you can't drive your entrepreneurship as fast as you would love to. If, like me, you have a job and a child, a few hours per day are the most you can spend on your business. But, it can be done. And I'll show you how.nnStep One: Find out what excites younYou might do your job because you have to earn your living somehow. Or you might have a profession that interests you. Yet, to become a successful entrepreneur, you have to find out what excites you. Something that makes you jump out of bed every morning. That lets your eyes sparkle when you talk about it. That makes you lose track of time once you plunged into it. So, grab a piece of paper and a pen and write down seven things that come to your mind: hobbies, passion, life experience, job skills - anything that could become the basis for your entrepreneurship. Then boil it down to your three top candidates.nnStep Two: Choose a proven recipe and the right toolsnMy mom makes the best "Black Forest Cake" you can imagine. When I tried to bake one, the results were mediocre. I asked her what her secret was. It was actually "using no secret" ... combining high quality ingredients, state-of-the art tools and a tried and tested recipe. Yes, you can achieve stunning results, whether baking a cake or creating a business, by doing it your way - but the chances you will fail are so much higher than by following a proven system. So, why take the risk? Let's face it; most of us do NOT have the genius of Bill Gates or Larry Page. We "normal" people need a step-by-step guide if we are to turn our knowledge, ideas or passion into an online business. Especially if this is your first venture into the world of entrepreneurs. And even more so if you do it in your spare time. I haven't got the time to keep up to date with the newest trends and techniques in the fields of search engine optimisation, internet marketing, web hosting or graphic design. I haven't got the time to learn the ins and outs of Dreamweaver or any other HTML editor before I can build a single web page. Have you? No? Then "Site Build It" (short "SBI") could be the solution for you, as it was for me. SBI provides all you need for creating a website that works. A website that will be the basis for your online business.nnStep Three: Do it ... Now!nDreaming about becoming a part time entrepreneur is good. Putting together a strategy how to get there is even better. But the only way to be successful is ... to do it. Start now. Don't wait. You have your top three ideas from the mini brainstorming in step one? Great. That's all you need as a start. SBI then helps you to choose the best and most profitable site concept. From there, it will guide you through a 10 day process, from planning your monetization mix to building long lasting relationships with your visitors or customers. Depending on your circumstances, one day can actually last one day or three months. All you have to do is follow the guide. Read every chapter and watch its video version. Then do it.nn
