Healing in the Present

Healing in the Now as we are all present into the moment of Truth.

Take a good look around you.
What do you see? What do you see without judgment?
What do you see without any attachments?
What do you see as you are present and simply observing?
How are you feeling as you are aware and awake?
Can you hear it? Whatever the present is showing you?

Are you open to it? It being the present?
Now in this moment is the moment to be healed. That is if you wish it.
Not yesterday and Not tomorrow. NOW is the present moment when healing takes place.

In the name of yourself and your well being who and what are you willing to forgive?
In the name of yourself and your well being what are you willing to accept?
In the name of yourself and your well being what are you allowing to take place?
In the name of yourself and your well being who and what are you loving NOW?

Healing takes place in the present.
Are you distracted?
Are you caught up in your thoughts?
Are you living as your emotions?

What are you willing to give up in order to be healed in the NOW?

You are Capable, Intelligent, Wise, Worthy and Lovable. So go ahead practice your True Nature NOW. You will definitely reap the benefits of healing in the present moment. Remember you always have choice. Choose choices that are beneficial for your well being and therefore heal yourself inside and out.
