Exercises To Do Together

Permission Please

Time for Exercise: one minute

Ask your partner’s permission to be her lover. Look into her eyes and hold her hand while you speak. Most important is how you speak, not the exact words you use. Put your love into your voice.

Here is an example, but use your own words from your heart.

“My darling, we have some hours now when we can be together. I want to show you how much I adore you, how much I love you, and how much I desire you. I would love to touch your beautiful body with gentleness as well as fierceness. I want to smell your scent in all your secret places. I wish to taste your fruits of delight. I wish to give you the greatest pleasure. I want to love you in a way that is sacred and full of wonder. May I be your lover?”

Simple respect is often missing even in the best relationships. By asking permission to make love with your partner, you are showing that you do not take her for granted and how much you respect her. It is wonderfully romantic. Not only men ask their ladies for permission; men respond well to the same courtesy.
